Essences list more

Dr. Bach divided the essences into the following 7 basic categories:

• Fear
• Uncertainty
• Lack of Interest in Present Circumstances
• Loneliness
• Despair & Despondency
• Over Concern for Others Welfare

The categories are helpful in understanding the underlying cause of the emotions addressed by the individual essences. Knowing the categories can help identity what the emotion is “really about” and uncovers the real issue that may be causing the emotions to be out of balance.
